Washington DC wedding and elopement photographer

If you're looking for the best Washington DC wedding photographer, you've come to the right place! I love photographing beautiful weddings and elopements for couples who have chosen Washington, DC, northern Virginia or Maryland. Contact the best Washington DC wedding photojournalist to make sure your day is captured in a beautiful, timeless way!

The most important part of getting married is the moments and vows you exchange between the two of you and the time you share with family and friends. My priority as a DC wedding photographer is to capture these special images for you so that you can relive your wedding day again and again through the years when you look at the photographs.

The DC area has so many great places for a wedding or elopement. If you want a metropolitan feel, you can choose great hotels or DC landmarks including the national monuments. Be sure to contact the National Park Service for a permit if you're planning to wed near the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, or any of the other major DC landmarks. Hotels, historic homes, and other unique locations offer so many possibilities for a Washington DC wedding.

If you're planning to marry in a Virginia wedding, you can choose from great locations like Arlington or Old Town Alexandria if you want to stay close to the city. For a more natural setting, seek out small towns like Leesburg, Warrenton, Washington, Purcellville, or Charlottesville. There are beautiful vineyards and small towns all over Virginia where you can host a beautiful Virginia wedding. Even locations that are unique, such as Luray Caverns, offer options for weddings and celebrations!

If you'd like to get married in Maryland, you can choose to have a courthouse wedding in Annapolis overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, or head to the eastern shore for towns like St. Michaels or Easton. Or, if you're lucky, you can choose to marry in the beautiful USNA chapel (graduates only!).

Baltimore is another more urban option, with fantastic cuisine and the fun inner harbor. Maryland weddings are as diverse as you can imagine, from Catoctin Mountain weddings, to downtown Baltimore events, to weddings overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.

Over the past eleven years, I have photographed more than 250 weddings at the best wedding venues in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. I am certain that I can not only take stunning wedding photographs for you, but also assist you along the way with choosing the very best options for your wedding day and budget.

Weddings in the DC area are definitely expensive, but I offer high quality affordable wedding photography in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Brief price information is available here on my website, and if you just send me a quick email I will be glad to send you the full pricing details.
