Hay-Adams Wedding

Katie and Bryan planned their wedding from the west coast and put together a lovely event at the Hay-Adams Hotel in downtown DC. Katie wore her mother’s wedding gown and then changed into a fabulous little white dress for dancing. Their family and friends enjoyed the lovely ceremony and the gorgeous view of the monuments from the Top of the Hay throughout the reception! Chris Wells with Wedding Planning Worldwide did an amazing job keeping all the logistics on track!

Holy Trinity Catholic Church

Katie and Bryan’s ceremony took place at Holy Trinity in Georgetown – which left us in a fabulous position for portraits in and around Georgetown afterward!

Top of the Hay Wedding Reception

After the cocktail hour (and some photos with Colgate and Princeton classmates) everyone headed upstairs for the reception. The staff at the Hay-Adams provided impeccable service as always and the food was delicious! The fabulous view goes without saying – and we were able to step out for some photos as the sun went down. The band – TroubleFunk – was amazing! The dance floor was packed until it was time for the sparkler exit.
