Chesapeake Bay wedding

Jillian and Mike met when they both attended the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. 

St. Mary's Annapolis wedding

Jillian and Mike chose St. Mary's Catholic Church in downtown Annapolis for their ceremony. The full mass was lovely and I'm sure their guests shared my view that the sanctuary is one of the most beautiful in the metro area. The evening sky ceiling is really extraordinary.

Herrington on the Bay reception

After the ceremony and some portraits in the garden at St. Mary's, we headed to their fun reception at Herrington on the Bay. Their friends and family were very fun, and Mike's dad even custom made an enormous rocking horse as a wedding gift. As you can imagine, everyone took a turn on the rocking horse (even ahem me) which was very fun and made for some cute photographs.
